About Us

Founded in 2015, Maximum Health Partners, LLC. (Max Health) is an independent, privately-owned network of Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facilities (SNFs), based in Richardson, Texas.   Our Mission at Max Health is to provide a centralized and cost-effective solution for contracting between SNFs and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).

While other post-acute provider networks require their Members to remove their tax identification numbers from submitted health care claims, Max Health believes the SNF must retain ownership of its claims. More importantly, Max Health guarantees our SNF Members will always be reimbursed by the MCO directly, receiving 100% of the allowed reimbursement amount for services rendered.

Max Health takes no administrative fees from the SNF’s payer reimbursement.  Max Health Members will have direct visibility to the negotiated reimbursement for every MCO Agreement, and will receive 100% of the negotiated amounts for covered, authorized services.

Founded in 2015, Maximum Health Partners (Max Health) was formed to provide Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facilities (SNFs) centralized access to managed care credentialing and contracting, without compromising the SNFs ability to collect 100% of the Managed Care Organizations (MCO’s) contracted reimbursement amount.

At Max Health, we believe you deserve to be paid 100% of the MCO’s contracted reimbursement amount for medical services provided, regardless of the MCO product type. Therefore, under every Agreement offered through Max Health, SNF Members will always submit bills directly to the MCO, and will always be reimbursed directly by the MCO.
